Professional background
Dr. Edna Tello earned her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Spanish from the University of Miami and her medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Connecticut Children's Medical Center. Upon returning to South Florida she joined a large practice, where she recognized the need for a more personal, family-centered approach to medicine. In 2005 she founded Personalized Pediatrics, the first concierge pediatric practice to serve Broward and South Palm Beach Counties. She has served as both Vice Chair and Chair of the Department of Pediatrics at Broward Health Coral Springs and has raised over $10,000 for St. Jude's Hospital.
